A-Z Challenge Letter O

O is for optimism. Believing you can do something and setting goals to get to it. Everyday offers us an opportunity for being optimistic. If it's a grey day outside, what can you do inside to be positive and uplifting?

Everyday you have two choices, be optimistic and find the positve in the things around you or be pessimistic and dwell on the negatives. It's your choice to make.

To have more happiness and to be self-satisfied. I propose you choose optimism daily. See if things don't look a little better.

  1. Thank you for sharing. I need to try and embrace optimism more each day. I tend to choose pessimism too often.

Good luck with the rest of the challenge.

    1. Thank you Elenchera. I get to see many who have way less than I do and I am thankful daily, so look for the positives.

  3. I like this word! Attitudes are contagious and being around someone who is optimistic about the day and life in general tends to uplift me too. Negative people weigh us down. I think if we look hard enough we can always find something to be optimistic about, as a very last resort... tomorrow is another day, a brand new page to write on! :-)

  4. Stopping by from the A-z Challenge.

Optimism can be great...but it can also lead to sadness if things don't work out as well as you hoped.

But I suppose that's just negative thinking. I'll save that for another day. Hooray for optimism!

    1. Cutter, It probably can, but the idea here is to drive away the negative.
