Yep, way different tonight. This was dinner. Baked sweet potato, sauted mushrooms, and cottage cheese. I am working on losing weight, I am working on eating healthy, and I am looking at lowering my blood sugars. I wanted something light.

Somehow, that looks super yummy. I ate an entire bag of broccoli for lunch and this would have made a great dinner.
